High Schoolers Learn to Advocate

What would our future be if no one cares and no one knows how to engender change?

This past summer, NAC led a group of high school girls on visits to Capitol Hill to call for an end to human trafficking and forced labor.  They came from different Sacred Heart high schools around the country to learn about policies and advocacy in our nation’s capital.

A Spiritual Reflection &  Voting Guide for 2016

National Advocacy Center serves as part of a coalition of national Catholic organizations.
Together, we developed this voting guide, "A Revolution of Tenderness," as a means to help Catholics engage in the political process through the lens of our faith.

Pushing for Immigration & Ending Family Detention

Larry traveled to Nogales AZ to participate in a gathering organized by the School of the Americas Watch.  He marched and demonstrated in support of immigration reform, an end to family detention, and to provide refuge for those fleeing the violence in their home countries. In addition, he demonstrated in front of a detention center to show NAC's solidarity with those immigrants who have been imprisoned.
